Liability of Services

Individuals must be Medicaid eligible. Changes in Medicaid status must be promptly brought to the attention of the Medicaid Service Coordinator and EDC-Fiscal Office so that payment arrangements can be made.

For those Individuals wishing to pay out of pocket a standard rate established by 8/25/10 will be charged for each service provided and payments are due the first of the month to EDCSPIN.
