Crisis Intervention

The Family Support Services Crisis Intervention Program provides individuals who are diagnosed with a Developmental Disabilities and exhibit challenging behaviors with counseling and Behavior Support programming.

Families are provided with direct care services from trained staff in order to assist with implementation of a Behavior Support Plan in an effort to decrease negative behaviors and increase positive ones.

This program is designated for individuals who do not have Medicaid and live in the borough of Queens with their families.
