On Wednesday, October 26, 2011, the Evelyn Douglin Center for Serving People In Need, Inc. (EDCSPIN) was a proud sponsor of the City Limits 35th anniversary event, "Celebration," a community-wide networking mixer that attracted New York City's civic community, held at the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
